Workout Log 1

Five minutes warmup on an elliptical.

I haven't been here in a while. Maybe a month. I weighed myself an hour ago before dinner, 194. That's actually 10 pounds lighter that a couple months ago, when my workouts became scarce. Loss of muscle mass? Probably.

A drink of water.

5 sets of 12 on a decline bench machine at 40 each side.

I use machines. I don't feel that comfortable on the free weights. I never had decent bench numbers. My long arms were my excuse.

Three more.

What is this supposed to accomplish? I'm just getting into my workout and already I'm asking that. Yeah. To stay in shape. That's right. Shape.

One more.

Drink of water.

Bench machine at 85.

I haven't been going out to eat lately. I had been consuming jack in the box weekly. I still am, i just haven't gotten it this week. Rice, some protein. I don't believe the theory of carbs on tributing to weight gain.

And another since the other machine are busy.

Tricep extensions.

Chest and tris. Do they really go together or do they say that because they rhyme? You can make any two items rhyme. English is too flexible. You can make anything mean anything. I guess that involves the mind too.

This one I totally suck at. Long arms.

For music I'm listening to this classical waltz mix or playlist on amazon. It has been playing in the background. Keeping me occupied.

Flies.

The waltz 3/4 time signature was something I haven't heard in a long time. Seal's A Kiss From A Rose is the only song I know that had a 3/4. I am not a music major, so there could be hundreds of other pop songs at have one, but that the only one I know of.

Prince's When Doves Cry doesn't have a drum line.

I need a place to stretch. Found one. I need to stretch daily. I don't.

Ten minutes of cardio, cycling.

No hiit for me. At least not today.
