I don't know what I ate to get like this. Maybe it was a Laughing Cow cheese.

For the past seven hours, I have been in bed, fully awake. When my body gets to the point of tiredness, it suddenly jolts, one of my limbs may literally move. The internal shakiness came back, some nervous tremor deep in the middle of my chest. Low blood pressure, heart palpitations and worst of all my involuntary breathing was on and off.

Nights like these make me want to be on a strict rice porridge diet.
