Did the b-field cause this?

Something's are just not supposed to happen.

Yesterday, I was at home. My friend called me up and invited me over for beer. Sure I said, who would refuse cold beer on a hot day. It was terribly hot, you could feel the air radiating heat on to your skin.

But just as I was going to leave, I checked on my computer for the homework assignment that I had thought was due Friday. Assignment menu opens up, assignment due in three hours. I tried my best to try to complete some problems but all attempts were left in vain. With hours still left on the clock, I left for my friends house.

Weather is a funny thing. It was super hot, but as I was leaving, the hot air met something it didn't like. Something the polar opposite in views, ideals, and methods. When two things like that meet each other violent things happen. The hot air system fought a battle with the cold air which encroached on its area right where I stood. Everything felt the power struggle, trees swayed back and forth, the birds flew sideways, trash cans blew away blocks over.

Now at my friends house the wind storm still going on, I grab a beer. I notice in the house two fans going, lamps, lights, computer, tv all on. In one moment all of them are turned off. With war, there is collateral damage. The electricity was cut off.

I don't live to far away, my electricity was out too. That homework was never going to be done even if I tried harder. I laughed at the sense of predetermined fate.

Best power outage ever.
