KSL: What brand of cigarettes did you/do you smoke?

President Obama:

KSL: Hypothetically, if money was the cause of health problems, though money could be used to cure health problems, but by curing health problems the world creates more money and more health problems. What would you want to get rid of, money or health problems?

BHO:

KSL: When you went to the grocery store, way back when, did you buy store brand item or name brand items, or did you forgo prepared food altogether? Also, paper or plastic?

Barack Obama:

KSL: If you were to be given two years to live, would you selfishly resign the presidency and live your remaining time with your family or would you live your final days as a servant to the United States of America?

Current President of the United States of America:

KSL: If time caused you and everyone to grow old, but you as president had the power to stop time, would you do it?

Mr. President:

KSL: I have been wondering through life taking a small sample from each of the plates at the buffet, now older than I have ever been, is it time to settle down and commit to a path who's destination may come to no end.

Barack:

KSL: What country would you like to be best friends with?

The Commander and Chief:

KSL: They say it is pretty lonely at the top, I can not think of a higher top on this earth that you have achieved, are you lonely?

Mr. Obama:

KSL: How was your Christmas and new year? Do you have to announce what gifts you received and whom they are from?
