Letter of focus 'A'

A is a cool letter. It's like an upside down V with a strut tower bar through its center for greater rigidity. While it is the first letter in the English alphabet according to humans, A is actually the 36 letter on the roll call sheet.

A has always had hidden feeling questioning the legitimacy of its lower case version. It's friends G, Q, and @, have tried to point out that the lower case A does not look like it and pushed A to act but A has accepted its lower case version, and raising it as such.

A's orchia reference number is FF, which makes it immune to all fire attacks. A's balance rating is arguably second to only M's, yet A does better in wind storms than M.

Curiously A insists that it does not have any freetime, which is quite strange since A was let go of it's cafeteria committee position.

Mistakes, Ignorance and Responsibility.

One of my goals in life is to become less ignorant with every moment that passes. Although it is an impossible feat to rid ones self of all ignorance, any less ignorant I become, improves myself, others, and the world around me. The purpose of this is to not lessen the mistakes that I have made, while mistakes can be cause by ignorance, it is not exclusive to that.

Like any human on the planet or any other, I make mistakes. If you are a regular reader of this blog you know I make a lot of them. Some unexplainably happen, and the major ones seem to be caused by my ignorance.

We grow up as children, a blank canvas of a person. As we age, the canvas fills with influences from the outside. At some point in our lives we ourselves begin to fill are own canvas. Some would suggest that this can not hide the way in which the canvas was woven, while a twill weave will always be a twill weave, the nature versus nurture debate's outcome leaves all contestants we a sense of victory.

The mistakes caused by my ignorance are things that I want to avoid, but because of my ignorance, at the time I may have not known that I have made the wrong. To lessen my ignorance is to become aware of my wrongs more quickly, and increase my chance to correct them.

If I have wronged you, you may have just blamed it on my ignorance. While your lack of ignorance justified that conclusion, the blame should be put directly on me. I am the one filled with stupidity and I am the one responsible for the action, and your reaction. I can not blame my ignorance, it is a part of me, and if only I live for eternity do I have the slightest probability of extracting it from me. I am the one who could not grow quickly enough

The end of this day will arrive at the same time as previous days

unfortunately. Sickness has stricken me. I have felt worse. I probably am just acting like I am feeling sicker than I really am, just to show to myself that I am actually sick. Getting out of here would alleviate some of the burden of just being here. I hate small keyboards.

Changes, turn and face the page.

I installed new miniblinds.
The blinds replaced my old broken ones.
The old broken ones didn't close properly .
They didn't blind.
People, if they really wanted to could see into this room.
This room that I sleep in.
Once replaced, the blinds do blind.
This room that I sleep in is now dark.
Just like the world.

Letter of focus, 'W'

I am going to focus on a letter of the English alphabet. I hope to do all of the letters. This we be unlike the Sesame Street version, because unlike them, I will not take the letter's sponsorship money, to give you my genuinely unbiased opinion, unfiltered and not even proof read. Today I will focus on W.

W's a cool letter. It's right before murderers row of XYZ. The W can be confusing to read for people with upside down dyslexia because it looks similar to a M. Being a double-u it looks more akin to a double-v. The W is often a slower letter to write, it takes four strokes, though they can be put together without lifting. W's orchia reference number is 156. W will often beat G and C in most duels, but has a very difficult time in dramatic conger duels against J.

Controversially, W was the deciding vote in the alphabets decision to eliminate the questo tax which gave more economic freedom to the samper faction. Many of the other letters believe that W accepted bribery money from the faction. W was investigated for the crime, but no substantial evidence was found at the level of reasonable doubt. Some say it is because of W using it's selective immunity to sneezes.

In W's private life, it enjoys walks with it's dog, and looking at sine waves.

LOL

If there is one term from internet culture that will remain for the rest of our life it is the abbreviation 'LOL'. Meaning, laugh out loud, or laughing out loud, in my opinion, it has all the elements that will cement itself in worldwide English lexicons.

For one, it has no negativity. Other colloquial slang may feature some hidden mean spirited meaning. 'Butter' from the early nineties, well at the same time we were told that we should stay away from butter. Hella? Would wants hell? Tight? At that same time baggy clothes were in. Dope? Using a drug reference in a positive sense probably isn't appropriate in church, or the senate floor. Bomb? That doesn't seem right with all the violence in the word today. LOL will stay as long as people are still laughing.

LOL is a basic human interaction, with complex meaning. It represents an activity that makes us a higher being. Being able to find humor in things led us to be able to think abstractly. Without that ability, we wouldn't have tall buildings that reach the sky today.

LOL is easily said. That may seem strange because it is an abbreviation for an action and that it is mostly typed out and read. But in my head, and the majority of people thinking a like, it is said and read as 'ell oh ell'. Three syllables, shaped like a sandwich or cookie, has the same beginning as the ending. Which bring us to my final reason.

LOL is circular. Humans are naturally fascinated by circles. The majority of automobile, web browser, and mobile phone logos are circular of feature circles. The full story why we like circles is the subject of another post. But to me it represents wholeness, completeness, something we all strive for. The reason why we ask about question on the meaning of life, is to be closer to the reason of why we exist, the very answer would satisfy many and bring closure to their circle, LOL.
