On average, probably not, but compared to, let's say, six months ago, I would definitely make that claim. I really am focused on bettering myself currently. I am even watching the food that I eat. While I may be able to have junk food, every once in a while, I never crave it. Yesterday, I was doing a three cone drill, fun stuff. I am down to 194 from 202 two months ago. Probably the first time in my life on consistent weight loss.
