California had it backwards. They offered hov passes to hybrid
vehicles over a certain efficiency, yet these hybrid vehicles are most
fuel efficient in stop and go traffic because of their regenerative
braking.
They should had made the hybrids stay in heavy traffic while the large
suv are given hov passes since the suvs get best fuel mileage at a
constant high speed.
So the dolphins play Tyler Thigpen.
